Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be an essential part of our hands-on operations! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction & large renovation projects. Your enthusiasm and reliability will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and efficiency on every job site. Duties

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by passing tools or materials as needed
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision while adhering to safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time




- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues requiring attention

Experience

- Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; we value motivation and a strong work ethic!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong communication skills to follow directions clearly and work well within a team
- Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
