Black Rose Waterproofing Inc. is looking for a hardworking, reliable Construction Labourer to join our growing team.

Start Date: Monday, August 10

The successful candidate will begin with a one-month probationary period. Upon successful completion, the position will become full time.

We specialize in commercial and infrastructure waterproofing projects across Ontario, including bridges, parking garages, water treatment facilities, and other concrete structures.

Job Requirements
- Willing to travel throughout Ontario and stay away from home during the work week (home most weekends)
- Valid G driver's licence with reliable transportation to meet in Kingston
- We carpool to jobsites, so you will not be required to drive your personal vehicle outside the Kingston area
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Construction experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Typical Duties
- Install waterproofing membranes and protection systems




- Perform surface preparation (grinding, scarifying, cleaning, etc.)
- Mix and apply construction materials
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform general construction labour
- Maintain a clean and safe work site

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, concrete restoration, roofing, or a related trade
- Spanish speaking (asset)
- Working at Heights certification (asset)
- Elevated Work Platform certification (asset)
- First Aid certification (asset)
