Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced cook to join our team for the opening of our new Malvern Town Centre location. The ideal candidate will have solid teamwork skills and an ability to work on the fly in a highly active environment

Duties

- Prepare and Assemble Patties according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Assist with Patty making, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages.
- Organize wholesale orders.
- Package finished product.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for food handling is required.
- Knowledge of Jamaican cuisine will be considered an asset.
- Open to all nationalities.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
