IronGround Construction is hiring general labourers to join our concrete and excavation crews.

We're a Waterloo Region concrete and excavation company. We do residential flatwork, foundations, excavation and hardscaping, and we're expanding into commercial work this fall. Our crews are small, we show up when we say we will, and we leave a clean site. That's the whole business.

We're looking for people who want steady work and a real trade — not a summer filler.

What you'll be doing

- Site prep, grading and excavation support
- Setting and stripping forms
- Placing, screeding and finishing concrete on pour days
- Rebar and mesh placement
- Hardscaping and landscaping work
- Running compactors, saws and small equipment
- Keeping the site organized and clean — this matters to us

What we're looking for
- Reliable transportation to sites across Waterloo Region
- Steel-toe boots and a willingness to work outdoors year-round
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day
- On time, every day. Early starts are normal in this trade.




- Positive attitude on a small crew — you'll be working shoulder to shoulder with the same three or four people all day

Assets (not required we'll train the right person)
- Previous concrete, forming or excavation experience
- Working at Heights certification
- WHMIS
- Valid G licence; DZ is a big plus
- Skid steer or mini-ex experience
