Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our opening fast-food restaurant to success! This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional team management skills, and has a deep understanding of the food industry. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will ensure outstanding customer service, maintain food safety standards, and foster a positive team culture.

Duties

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality and consistency.
- Lead and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, optimize workflow processes, and implement strategies to improve customer service experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming setting that encourages repeat business.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and menu updates to keep offerings fresh and appealing.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant management setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive food industry experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong background in team management with experience interviewing candidates and developing staff skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, cash handling procedures, and food handling regulations.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable to understand the nuances of guest service excellence.
- Experience working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments like quick-service restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred.
