Job Summary

Duties

- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including sales, customer service, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a motivated and high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and budgeting activities to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and ensure attractive product displays.
- Supervise sales management initiatives by setting targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting; ensure accuracy in cashiering and financial records.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.




- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional campaigns and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations related to retail operations.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or similar leadership roles with demonstrated success in team management and sales growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in recruiting, training & development techniques; experience with interviewing is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative procedures essential for effective store oversight.
- Familiarity with merchandising strategies, pricing policies, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and marketing practices.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including motivation skills, conflict resolution abilities, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all operational aspects.
