Position: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a versatile General Practice Lawyer to join our growing team in Dartmouth. Ideally, the successful candidate will have three to five years experience. You will manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal counsel to local individuals and businesses. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on real estate, corporate and commercial, wills and estates and personal injury.

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and administrative proceedings.
- Manage files efficiently from initial consultation to final resolution.
- Build relationships within the Dartmouth and Greater Halifax community.





Qualifications - Member in good standing with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society (or eligible for immediate admission).

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in general legal practice preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client facing interactions.
- Excellent time management to handle competing priorities.
