Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic German dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring flavor authenticity and presentation quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various menu items
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities in accordance with industry regulations
- Serve dishes efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks including meal assembly and plating




- Follow recipes accurately while also demonstrating creativity in meal presentation when appropriate

Experience

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with a focus on German or European cuisine
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly within a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling ingredients in the food industry
- Experience with serving guests directly or working in a customer-facing role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools used in preparing traditional German dishes
- Prior experience in the food industry that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
