Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)
ADAS calibration experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials
Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed)
Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor‑integrated glass systems
Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development
Excellent work references
