Advance Paper Box is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die-making, printing, die-cutting, and gluing. We are looking for a full-time Gluer Assistant to join our team.

Note: This is a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm on the day shift.

Shift Schedule: Continental shifts- 1st week- Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun

2nd week- Wed, Thurs

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Feeding/Catching on the line machine to ensure proper products are running on the machine at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks for all quality defects, damaged cartons, and mismatched products
- Ensures proper quality standards are maintained as per company standards, and any defects are reported to the operator, coordinator, and manager immediately.
- Ensure the case count is accurate and correct case labels are applied.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all safety policies.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.





EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate.
- At least 1-year experience in a manufacturing/production facility.
- Mechanical dexterity, tape measure reading, math, and measuring skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good physical condition and capable of heavy lifting.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar job is an asset
