Position: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full Time

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 Creative Currency is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our design studio. This role brings ideas to life across branding, editorial, and campaign work for clients in the public sector, associations, healthcare, and nonprofit spaces. You’ll work closely with creative directors, strategists, and account teams to translate briefs into visual concepts, then carry those concepts through to polished, print- and screen-ready files.

Projects range from brand identity systems and annual reports to social content, advertising campaigns, and beyond. The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of agency experience, a solid portfolio.

What You Do

Well - Develop visual concepts that translate strategy and messaging into compelling design

- Design across a range of formats — identity systems, publications, reports, social content, advertising, and other digital assets
- Prepare and package final files for print and digital production, with attention to accuracy and craft
- Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and account teams from brief through delivery
- Work on multiple projects and deadlines at once without losing quality or consistency
- Contribute to internal brainstorms and creative reviews across a range of files
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines accurately across deliverables
- Stay current on design trends and standards, bringing fresh thinking to the team Your Skills - Strong conceptual and layout skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma is an asset
- Experience designing for both print and digital, including social-first content
- Comfortable working from creative briefs and translating strategic direction into visual solutions




- Experience preparing print-ready files and understanding of production requirements
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating range across branding, editorial, and campaign work (experience with purpose-driven brands or advocacy campaigns is an asset)
