Full Description

As a Graphic Designer at Hiredbuddy, you'll be an integral part of our design team, contributing to the look and feel of our digital products. This is a fully remote, entry-level role perfect for someone eager to learn and develop their craft in a supportive environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, high-fidelity UI designs. You'll work closely with senior designers to maintain consistency across our product suite, ensuring every screen aligns with our design system and brand guidelines. You'll also collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.

Day-to-day tasks include creating responsive layouts for web and mobile, selecting appropriate color palettes and typography, and preparing assets for development. You'll use industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to produce interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback. We value a user-centered approach, so you'll participate in design critiques and usability sessions to refine your work.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of basic design principles (hierarchy, spacing, contrast), and familiarity with design systems such as Material Design or Bootstrap. While you won't be doing heavy coding, a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, as it helps communicate with developers and ensures your designs are feasible.

You'll have the opportunity to own small features end-to-end, from initial concept to final UI,

Requirements

- Solid understanding of typography, color, and layout
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required)
