As a key member of our Facility Management team, you will conduct Corrective and Preventative Maintenance on critical HVACR systems. Your expertise will support both the learning environment and programs like Food Services. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to keep the college’s facilities running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Corrective Maintenance on HVACR equipment
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance for safety and comfort
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems
• Support ancillary programs like Food Services
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Certificate
• Valid Manitoba Limited Electrical M-G License
• MOPIA Certificate for refrigerants
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
• Knowledge of HVACR troubleshooting and safety standards
