Title: Salesforce Functional Lead

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops, define functional requirements, and drive process improvements using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Design enterprise solutions aligned with banking processes, compliance, and integration with core banking systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful solution adoption.

Must-Have Skills

- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead within the financial services/ banking industry.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).




- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations in regulated environments.
- Robust knowledge of banking workflows, compliance, and customer lifecycle.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data lakes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps.
