In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse in providing essential personal care services. By collaborating with the Nursing Care Team, your observations and insights will contribute to developing personalized care plans.
Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resident-focused care following your full scope of practice
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly
- Contribute observations to the Nursing Care Plan
- Assist residents in community mobility and engagement
- Report unsafe activities that may harm residents Requirements:
- Graduate of Health Care Aide program with 500+ practice hours
- Experience working with seniors in health services
- Robust written and oral communication skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
