Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various home settings,. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, and the ability to work independently with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of service for our patients.

You must have a vehicle for this position as we drive client to client and a clean criminal record check or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living needs, shower, meds, dressing, Cather care, light housekeeping.
- Meal Prep: Breakfast , lunch, dinner,
- Drive to and from appointments or grocery shopping. going out for lunch.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Administer/Remind medications as prescribed and assist with basic life support when necessary.
- Collaborate with teams in various settings
- Engage with clients to provide excellent service and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Skills





- Experience in their own home settings is preferred.
- Check in when arriving at client home.
- Familiarity with documentation on writing notes for clients.
- Ability to perform basic life support and administer medications safely.
- Strong understanding of client care practices in home.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare team members.
