1. This is a full time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Mississauga, ON.
2. The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, Boiler Service.
3. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to our Heath and Safety Policy and Procedures.
4. The technician will work closely with our team to deliver excellent service to our clients.
5. Be On call rotation.
6. Complete detailed Takeoff for Quoting on Repairs
7. Team Player, Honest Work Ethics,
8.



Written and Oral communication skills to update customers effectively regarding repairs, charges and/or other available products/services,
9. Support our Construction Division on Start-Ups

313A JOURNEYMAN Qualification

1. Minimum 5 Years Experience as a 313A/G1 Journeyman
2. Ability to work independently.

3. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
4. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
5. Clean and Valid driver’s license - Provide Drivers Abstract and Background Check.

6. Active Skill Trades Member

7. G1 Fitter Certification

8. ODP Card

9. Working At Heights

10. WHMIS
11. Computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, email to produce organized material lists, complete
12. Solid Troubleshooting Skills-Mechanical, Reading Wiring Diagrams, Maintenance and Demand Services

13. Boiler experience Mandatory
14. Experienced on RTU’s, CAHU’s, MUA’s, VFD’s, VAV & VVT System’s, VRF Systems Installation and Service, CRU’s, Water Source Heat Pumps
15. Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
16. Time-Management skills

4th, 5th Year Apprentice 313A/G2 Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver’s License- Provide Drivers Abstract and Background Check.

2. Active Skill Trades Member

3. Gas Fitter 2

4. ODP Card

5. Working at Heights

6. WHMIS
7. Relevant HVAC certifications or training
8. Witten and Oral Communication skills
9. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
10. Some Industrial, Commercial Experience
11. Good communication skills to educate customers effectively regarding the explanation of repairs, charges and/or other available products/services.
12. Team Player, Honest Work Ethics
13. Computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, email to produce organized material lists, complete electronic work orders, and run reports from software packages.
