Join Ontario College of Pharmacists as an Executive Assistant to Directors on a 14-month contract, offering a hybrid work model. This role demands exceptional administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support senior leadership efficiently.
As an Executive Assistant, you will assist the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer while also collaborating with the broader executive support team. You’ll manage complex calendars, organize meetings, and handle confidential administrative tasks with discretion. Your capability to prioritize multiple responsibilities will be vital in ensuring effective workflow and support for the Board and other committees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and prioritize conflicting engagements
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and logistics
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and essential documents
• Monitor and manage correspondence and communications
• Compile travel itineraries and arrange accommodations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of discretion and emotional intelligence
