What You'll Be Doing

- Lead all in office construction activities for a large healthcare renovation and tenant improvement project.
- Coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and client expectations are met.
- Identify and resolve site challenges proactively.
- Support project teams through all phases of construction,



from planning through completion

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects.
- Hospital construction or renovation experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex renovations in occupied or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
