The Community Engagement Coordinator works closely with various stakeholders to uplift the narratives of children and families. This role supports The Link's long-standing commitment to community well-being through proactive fund development and strategic communication efforts. Your skills will enable the organization to sustain its critical services across Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with program teams and the Youth Council
• Lead the development of the annual fundraising strategy
• Steward narratives and records of relationships




• Maintain a consistent communications strategy
• Engage with insiders and external partners
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in community engagement or fund development
• Relevant education in non-profit management or similar
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing donor relations
• Comfort working within Indigenous frameworks and communities
• Capacity for sound judgment and ethical storytelling
