We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Perform various Electrical Engineering related activities including electronic/electrical (low power) circuit design & analysis, test procedure development and conduct testing, investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions, manage changes, prepare test reports


• Overall technical coordination within the engineering functions supporting hardware development to ensure that all customer requirements are met.


• Establish and maintain detailed technical plans,
  
  
  
  estimates and schedules; provide status to project engineering and management.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/activities with limited and shared resources.


• Hardware team focal for interfacing with other functional groups and the customer


• Lead technical design reviews with both internal & external customers


• Collaborate with the team in resolving technical problems with both internal and external customers; Investigate failures, identify root causes and permanent corrective action.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or a related field


• Solid experience in electrical /electronic circuit design


• Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronics design, analysis, simulation, build, test and support processes


• Python programming knowledge and/or Model based design
