As a foundational member of Jane's engineering team, you will oversee the end-to-end customer data infrastructure, including event collection and source integration. Collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams ensures data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role is essential for building a reliable data backbone that supports Jane’s growth and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end data infrastructure strategy
• Build and maintain event pipelines and source integrations
• Collaborate with marketing and product on attribution tracking




• Define and enforce data instrumentation standards
• Oversee identity resolution and consent management processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on data engineering experience at a senior level
• Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, and TypeScript
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms and privacy management
• Strong understanding of identity resolution processes
