Warehouse & Home Delivery Driver The Role

Castle Mountain Home Furnishings is seeking a Warehouse & Home Delivery Driver to support the daily execution of our warehouse and home delivery operations. This role is responsible for handling product with care, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and supporting the accurate movement of product throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will help ensure product is received, inspected, organized, prepared, and loaded/ unloaded to support a seamless delivery experience for our customers — and you'll represent the Castle Mountain brand through accuracy, urgency, care, and attention to detail as you help our customers turn their houses into homes.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide skilled delivery and installation of furniture, appliances, Mattresses.
- Complete furniture building, assembly, and light repair work as needed
- Support daily warehouse and delivery operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, loading, delivery preparation, and warehouse organization
- Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space, including removing debris, packaging, and materials from work areas
- Unload, label, and organize incoming product with accuracy and care
- Inspect product to ensure quality standards are upheld, communicating any concerns appropriately
- Verify items are accurate, complete, and staged in the correct warehouse lanes, and prepare orders for delivery




- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and moving product between the warehouse and stores
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support any warehouse or delivery function as needed to meet the needs of the business

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, home delivery, or related operational environment preferred
- Forklift operation experience an asset
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work
- Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Experience driving delivery trucks
- Ability to problem solve, work independently, and work well with your hands
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work days and weekends

Physical Requirements

- Frequently move and lift items up to 25 kg (55 lbs) unassisted, and heavier items up to 68 kg (150 lbs) with assistance
- Frequently stand, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, reach, climb, and manoeuvre through tight or narrow spaces

Pay: $22.00 per hour
