You will implement a provincially approved curriculum while cultivating trusting relationships and addressing various family situations. The position requires flexibility to adapt to the needs of families and aims to foster strong parent-child interactions through home visiting practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum to promote positive parent-child interactions
- Build qualified relationships with assigned families
- Support critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Connect families to valuable community resources
- Plan and evaluate home visiting practices in collaboration Requirements:
- Certification in relevant social services or education
- At least one year of experience in family-oriented roles
- Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications
