As a Hospital Security Supervisor, there is a high focus on leading team of security guards, seamless overall Security operations and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in Hospital environment.

Responsibilities for Hospital Security Supervisor

- Required to lead a team of on site security officers




- Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule
- Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers
- Issuing and managing Access cards
- Ensure guards areefficiently using G-track during their Patrols
- CCTV Monitoring
- Maintain a protected and secure environment
- Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis
- Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations
- Other duties assigned

Qualifications for Hospital Security Supervisor

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- Previous experience as a Supervisor ( Asset)
- High school education or equivalent
