We are looking for enthusiastic Host/Servers to create a welcoming first impression and provide exceptional guest service at Regina's newest Denny's Restaurant.

Position Summary

As a Host/Server, you will greet guests, manage seating arrangements, assist with dining room operations, and support the serving team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage guest seating and wait lists efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and dining room.
- Assist Servers during busy periods.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly service.
- Follow company standards for customer service and hospitality.
- Help maintain a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications





- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
