Bella Vida Head Spa is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Host/Receptionist to join our team!

We are looking for someone who loves creating a warm and welcoming experience for clients, is confident on the phone, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our Host/Receptionist is an important part of the Bella Vida experience — you will be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests!

Responsibilities

- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Greet and host clients before and after their appointments
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service throughout the client experience
- Cash out clients and operate the till
- Prepare and post the daily appointment schedule for staff
- Prepare drinks ordered by clients
- Keep up with laundry throughout the day
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and maintaining an organized back area
- Complete closing procedures, including cleaning, counting the till, and closing down the spa
- Stock spa wraps, snacks, towels, toilet paper, and other front-end supplies
- Keep the front end of the spa clean and organized
- Reset blow-dry stations between clients
- Vacuum and ensure hot tools are cleaned and put away
- Take out garbage and recycling on scheduled days
- Assist spa attendants with blow-dries when needed
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for every client
- Track inventory used from the retail area
- Provide clients with helpful information about our retail products
- Ensure the guest bathroom is clean and fully stocked




- Jump in wherever needed to help the team and keep the spa running smoothly

Previous receptionist, hospitality, salon, spa, or customer service experience is an asset, but personality, work ethic, and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional client experience are most important to us.
