Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our property during overnight hours. This energetic role is essential in ensuring smooth guest experiences, maintaining security, and providing exceptional customer service when most needed. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a secure, comfortable environment for all guests and staff while managing front desk operations during the night shift.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to ensure the safety of the premises
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incidents, and other relevant documentation during your shift
- Manage guest services such as issuing keys, providing local information, and coordinating late-night requests




- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold safety standards and guest satisfaction

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest management software
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and problem-solving
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and emergency responders when necessary
