About The Role

This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of HR operations and growth. As HR Acquisition Integration Analyst, you will be the primary HR lead for integrating newly acquired dental practices into the 123Dentist network, while also supporting employee lifecycle administration and leave management across the organization.

No two integrations are the same. You will review and assess payroll practices, benefit programs, retirement plans, HR policies, and employee data, then build transition plans that set new teams up for success from day one.
