Duties

- Support HVAC technicians in installing new systems according to schematics and technical specifications
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC units, boilers, and appliances
- Handle basic mechanical tasks such as pipe fitting, welding, and plumbing connections
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of HVAC components on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace while adhering to safety protocols
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to aid in system setup and repairs




- Participate in construction projects related to HVAC system upgrades or installations

Requirements

- Prior experience or familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, or mechanical work is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and appliance repair techniques
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn construction practices and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus
- Construction experience or mechanic background will be advantageous
