Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Processing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation, organization, and processing of immigration-related applications and client files.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client information and supporting documents for completeness and consistency.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper client files.
- Prepare application forms, document checklists, cover letters, and supporting documentation under the direction of the supervising qualified.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and required information.
- Enter and update case information in internal systems and databases.
- Monitor application status and maintain accurate case-tracking records.
- Prepare document packages for submission to the appropriate government authorities.
- Communicate professionally with clients by email, telephone, and other communication channels.
- Schedule client appointments and follow-ups when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
- Assist with administrative duties related to case processing and office operations.
- Stay organized and meet internal deadlines for assigned files.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in immigration case processing, administration, legal support, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Robust computer and document-management skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is an asset.
- Immigration consulting or legal administrative experience is an asset.
