This role will involve interesting and varied work including policy, regulatory, and corporate secretarial matters. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 yearsof experience in business, finance, or securities matters either in a corporate or litigation capacity. Familiarity with corporate governance practices and privacy matters would be an asset.
