Duties

- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes with precision, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service that enhances their dining experience.
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, storage,



and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and efficient service during busy hours.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian food preparation techniques, spices, and cooking methods.
- Experience in food handling, safety procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards in a professional kitchen.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable.
