Become a Temporary Occupational Therapist at the Brampton site, providing support for school-based rehabilitation services. This role runs from August 17, 2026, to March 26, 2027, focusing on empowering student participation.
You will be a key player within the School Based Rehabilitation Services, facilitating assessments and planning treatments aligned with students' educational needs. Collaborate with educators and families to ensure the necessary support is in place for students with various challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and follow-up treatments
• Collaborate to develop individualized service delivery plans
• Prescribe necessary equipment through SEA programs




• Maintain accurate and organized care documentation
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with caregivers
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
• COTO registration and valid Ontario driver’s license
• Experience with children preferred, especially in a school setting
• Robust interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
