Job Description
As Sr. Manager, Governance and Safe AI Adoption, you will collaborate closely with the Director, AI and Technology Strategy, TEO, to design and implement TEOs integrated AI and data strategy. The AI and Technology Strategy team holds primary accountability for driving the adoption and value creation of data and AI across TEO, in partnership with RBCs IT groups, including Global Functions IT, Payment IT, Borealis, and Lumina.
This role will establish and operationalize TEOs AI Governance framework within the Technology and Enterprise Operations (TEO) division. This role sits at the intersection of governance, risk management, compliance, and AI innovation. You will be responsible for ensuring AI solutions are developed, deployed, and monitored in a manner that aligns with enterprise policies, regulatory expectations, and responsible AI principles.
You will partner closely with business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and AI teams to accelerate AI adoption while maintaining strong governance and risk controls. By embedding responsible AI practices into TEOs operational AI strategy, you will drive the safe adoption of GenAI and agentic AI solutions across the enterprise operations.
