We are looking for a new addition to our team. Level 1 or 2 license with minimum of 1-2 years Personal Lines and Autoplan experience.

Qualifications

- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License
- Experience with TAM or EPIC, AMS, Applied Rating & ITV, MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, ICBC PolicyCenter, is an asset.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional telephone manners
