The claims are of varying complexity and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment.

The Intermediate Commercial Claims

Adjuster, Accident Benefits ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.

- Provide oversight of external adjusters on outsourced claims - Investigate, evaluate, negotiate personal/commercial lines claims of moderate to high complexity - Manage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalism - Timely, accurate reserving in line with Corporate protocols and guidelines - Maintain control over expenses through pro‑active handling techniques - Obtain approval from Manager on claims above authority - Manage claims in litigation, participate in mediations,
