Scarlet SecurityRisk Group (SSRG) is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Inventory Administrator / Purchaser to join our Systems Integration team.
This role supports purchasing, inventory administration, stockroom and storage room tasks, shipping and receiving, training-related support, and general day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, and willing to help with both administrative and hands-on tasks in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage stockroom and storage room inventory and distribution.
- Receive shipments and follow up with vendors on missing or backordered items.
- Enter received products into inventory software.
- Physically transfer inventory items to the storage room.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain an efficient, accurate cycle count strategy.
- Advise project managers and the service coordinator of product receipts and backordered items as required.
- Track miscellaneous installation and service parts and reorder items when stock falls below minimum levels.
- Process and track RMAs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining organized operational records.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
- Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, logistics,
or operations support is preferred.
- Experience in a stockroom, inventory area, parts room, or technical service environment is an asset.
- Able to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and basic computer systems.
- Experience with purchase orders, inventory tracking, vendors, returns, or warranty claims is preferred.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures, WHMIS, PPE, and secure material-handling practices.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
