Aveiro Sleep (“Aveiro”) is a Sleep and Respiratory service provider, part of Canada’s leading sleep health provider Resolve Sleep Health. We provide Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT), CPAP therapy and respiratory support services across western Canada. Aveiro is focused on helping people sleep and breathe better.

We are seeking a team member with strong inventory control experience, including purchasing, logistics, Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to join our Edmonton team as an Inventory Coordinator.

This is an in-person only position.

Reports to: Inventory Manager

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will be accountable for:

- Order creation and shipping for our network of 20 clinics across Alberta, requiring collaboration with clinical staff and other inventory team members.
- Data analysis of inventory levels, days of supply, lead time, and accurate PO (purchase order) creation for approval.
- Maintaining accuracy of inventory systems, including receiving/auditing/adjusting inventory levels at the locations, and being accountable for that accuracy.
- Managing logistics of incoming inventory and transfer of inventory at the Edmonton and accurate entry of all these transactions into inventory management software.
- Ensuring accuracy of paper or online documents related to inventory, i.e. matching purchase orders to packing slips to invoices.
- Managing and processing transactions for warranty returns and exchanges of devices and saleable inventory.
- Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs/replacements of clinic equipment.
- Shipping and fulfilling orders to patients via courier through our e-commerce site.
- Month-end counts,



adjustment to POS system balances as applicable, and reconciliations for the Edmonton warehouse as well as other clinics.
- Clinic operations assistance, including but not limited to: marketing material coordination, courteous communication to patients and guests in clinic, and clinical staff assistance as needed (answer questions, provide support).

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

- 1+ years’ experience in sleep (CPAP), respiratory or similar medical device company or other multi-location health services/supplies business.
- 2+ years’ experience managing inventory on a computerized POS system; experience with NCR CounterPoint POS, PowerBI, or Microsoft Business Central 365 is an asset.
- Shipping and receiving experience, both physically and via computer software.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
- Detail-oriented and assertive.
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Solid MS Office/Power BI/automation skills and quick learner in new computer systems.
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
