- Tasks: Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Lead and co-ordinate teams of design professionals in the development and integration of information and communication system architecture, hardware and software.
