Are you a registered Speech-Language Pathologistlooking to showcase your expertise in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting prospect for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Speech Language Pathology department at the University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC).

Aligned with the organization's vision, values, and the professional standards of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of B.C., the Speech-Language Pathologist assesses and treats communication and swallowing disorders in adult acute care inpatients and outpatients. Services may be provided directly to clients or through collaboration with caregivers and others to support optimal communication and swallowing. The role also supports departmental goals through participation in quality assurance, meetings, and educational initiatives.

The deadline has been extended until September 30, 2026. All hires must have a confirmed start date on or before this deadline. Eligibility applies to regular full-time employees, with the bonus pro-rated for part-time employees.

Qualifications:

- Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
- One year's clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
