Role Title: Java Backend Developer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with cloud technologies, and a passion for building high-performance systems that support contemporary web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build scalable and high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Design and manage databases,



including schema creation and query optimization.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Required Skills

- Microsoft SQL Server 2019

Experience

- 6-8 years of backend engineering experience.
