Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will engage with customers to showcase our beautiful jewellery collections, provide outstanding service, and create memorable shopping experiences. Your enthusiasm for jewellery and customer satisfaction will drive sales and strengthen our reputation as a trusted retailer.

The successful candidate will be confident in sales, passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and flexible to work at both our North Vancouver and Kitsilano locations.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of various jewellery items to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight our latest collections and promotions
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of retail sales experience,



preferably in jewellery or luxury goods, is highly desirable
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Qualified communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence recommending products and closing sales
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working toward individual and store sales targets
- Able to handle valuable merchandise carefully and responsibly
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and varying retail shifts
- Able and willing to work at both our North Vancouver and Kitsilano locations
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to provide two professional references
