Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Millwright to join our maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to develop their skills in industrial maintenance. You will work alongside experienced Millwrights to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled maintenance plans.
- Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment repairs.
- Replace worn or damaged machine components.
- Inspect machinery to identify potential problems before failures occur.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.




- Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.
- Support production by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Work closely with senior Millwrights and other departments to minimize downtime.

Rate: $21.00 to $26.00/Hour depending on credentials and experience
