We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, masonry, and finishing work. This role involves installing a wide range of building components and systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation tasks
- Install kitchen cabinets using hand tools and power tools
- Use construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout each project

Requirements





- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry or general handyman work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment
- Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Prior experience with construction estimating is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel between locations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
