We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hard working team member to join our bubble tea store!

This position includes both front counter/customer service and kitchen prep, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Front Counter & Customer Service

- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and process payments
- Prepare bubble tea and other beverages
- Keep the front counter and service area clean and organized
- Answer customer questions and handle basic customer concerns

Kitchen Prep

- Wash and cut fresh fruit
- Prepare and portion ingredients
- Restock and prepare supplies for daily operations
- Assist with general kitchen prep as needed
- Keep the kitchen and prep areas clean and organized

Requirements
- Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, restaurant, or other food-service environment is required
- Experience with bubble tea or beverage preparation is preferred
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time-management skills and strong punctuality
- Friendly, patient, and respectful when dealing with customers
- Responsible, hardworking, and takes pride in their work




- Detail-oriented and holds themselves to a high standard
- Able to stay calm and think clearly when problems come up
- Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed
- Comfortable handling both customer service and kitchen prep duties

Schedule

Typical shifts are

- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Part-time and full-time positions are available. We are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent schedule. Availability and scheduling can be discussed during the interview.
