Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper/server to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring smooth meal preparation, food safety, and excellent food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, meal preparation, and culinary support.

Duties

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly under the supervision of kitchen staff
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness of workstations
- Handle food safely and hygienically according to established standards
- Serve food to customers or assist in serving areas as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with food safety guidelines




- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of low stock levels
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service
