We’re currently looking for a Labor - Upholstery to perform furniture reupholstery tasks, from installing foam and fabric to conducting quality control, while maintaining a safe work environment and helping to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

- Perform the various steps involved in upholstering furniture in accordance with established quality standards;
- Install foam, padding, and fabric using pneumatic tools and specialized equipment;
- Check the quality of finished products to ensure a neat finish that meets requirements;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment;
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals;
- Perform various production tasks as needed to support operations.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team;
- Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and a desire to learn;
- Good physical condition to work while standing, handle materials, and perform repetitive movements;

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (a plus);
- Experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, or a manufacturing environment (a plus);
- Ability to safely use pneumatic tools and production equipment;
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality;
- Ability to work standing for long periods and to handle light to moderate loads.
