Location: Century Place, 9th Floor l, 9803-102A Avenue Edmonton T5J 343 - Candidates will have to do research and support the development of labor relations policy framework and procedures.

- Candidates will have to support the review and refresh of established city policies to ensure alignment with labor relations.
- Candidates will also get engaged and consult with city and union partners on labor relations policy and programs.
- Candidates will also have to perform other related duties. Job Requirements - Candidates must have completed a post-secondary education program, labor relations, and law.




- Candidates must have 5 years of diversified and progressive human resources experience and 3 years of labor relations experience.
- Candidates must have a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work setting - Candidates must have proficiency in Google suite of applications.
