Labourer / Plumber's Helper

HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage is looking for a reliable, hardworking labourer to work alongside our plumbers and help with whatever is needed to get the job done.

Responsibilities

- Assist plumbers as a second hand on jobs
- Digging, excavation and backfilling
- Pick up and deliver materials, equipment and fill
- Load and unload materials
- Tow and back up trailers
- Help with demolition, cleanup and general labour
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment and vehicles
- Take direction and work independently when needed

Requirements
- Full, valid driver's licence
- Reliable truck or work vehicle
- Able to back up a trailer
- Own a good selection of basic hand tools
- Physically capable of digging, lifting and working outdoors
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Organized and able to keep track of paperwork,



materials and job tasks
- Comfortable working as part of a team

You do not need plumbing experience, but you must be willing to learn, work hard and jump in wherever needed. We need someone dependable who can take direction, use good judgment and get the job done without constant supervision.

Starting wage: $30/hour

Hours: Part time to full-time depending on workload and availability.
